Terms of Service

1. The service

UpKeep, LLC connects you with a local helper who comes to your home for 1–3 hours of light cleaning, laundry, and reset work. We are not a full cleaning company and do not offer deep cleaning, hazardous-material handling, or childcare.

2. Booking & pricing

Pricing typically starts at $35/hour, with flexible-window bookings as low as $27/hour. Your exact total is shown before you confirm. Bookings are charged after the visit completes unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel up to 12 hours before your visit at no charge. Late cancellations may be subject to a $20 fee to compensate the helper.

4. Satisfaction guarantee

If you're not happy with your reset, text us within 24 hours of the visit. We'll send a helper back to fix it or refund the visit — your choice.

5. Damage & disputes

Report any damage within 48 hours so we can investigate. We work in good faith to make things right with affected customers and helpers.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide safe access to your home (be home, lockbox, or key code).
• Secure valuables, pets, and sensitive items before the visit.
• Treat your helper with respect — discrimination or harassment ends service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UpKeep, LLC's liability for any claim related to a visit is limited to the amount paid for that visit.
