• To text or call you about your session.
• To run background checks on helpers (after the intro call) via Checkr.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We share information only with the helper assigned to your booking and with vetted service providers (e.g., hosting, background checks, payments). We do not sell your data.

5. Text messages

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive booking-related texts from UpKeep, LLC. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Message and data rates may apply.

6. Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing hello@upkeep.app. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password if you create an account.
