UpKeep, LLC

Upkeep Specialists · Roseville & Rocklin

Join Upkeep as a Home Organization Specialist.

This role is about designing and executing organization systems — pantries, closets, garages, full-home resets. It is not cleaning, and it is not gig work. We're building a small network of specialists who care about how a home actually functions.

The role

What this role actually is.

You'll work directly with homeowners in their spaces, not through layers of dispatch.

Projects focus on organization systems and full-home resets — designing how a space functions, then implementing it end-to-end.

Work is measured by outcome, not hours logged. A pantry is done when it works, looks right, and the homeowner can maintain it.

Attention to detail and structural thinking are expected. This isn't a role you grow into — it's a role you already do well.

Different work

Not cleaning. Not gig work.

The Specialist role sits in a different category from typical home help. The comparison below is the clearest way to show what we mean.

Typical helper / gig work
Upkeep Specialist work
Cleaning and surface tasks
System design and implementation
Hourly, task-driven work
Project-based, outcome-driven work
Speed-focused turnaround
Quality-focused craftsmanship
Generic, one-size services
Tailored to the home and household

Project examples

The kind of work you'll do.

Organized walk-in pantry with labeled jars and baskets
Pantry systems built around how the family actually cooks.
Walk-in closet organized by category and color
Closets restructured for daily use, not just photos.
Garage with labeled bins and pegboard tool wall
Garage resets that hold up months after the project ends.
Under-sink cabinet with labeled clear bins
Small zones — under sinks, drawers, entryways — done with the same rigor.

You set your availability. We match projects to it.

Repeat client relationships

Strong work leads to recurring projects across the home over time.

Our approach

A small network, built carefully.

We are intentionally building a small, high-quality network of specialists.

Not all applicants are accepted, and we don't try to grow faster than we can vet.

Every application is read by a real person on our team — not filtered by a form score.

Quality over volume is the only way this works.
