Upkeep Specialists · Roseville & Rocklin
This role is about designing and executing organization systems — pantries, closets, garages, full-home resets. It is not cleaning, and it is not gig work. We're building a small network of specialists who care about how a home actually functions.
Applications are reviewed individually within 48 hours.
The role
You'll work directly with homeowners in their spaces, not through layers of dispatch.
Projects focus on organization systems and full-home resets — designing how a space functions, then implementing it end-to-end.
Work is measured by outcome, not hours logged. A pantry is done when it works, looks right, and the homeowner can maintain it.
Attention to detail and structural thinking are expected. This isn't a role you grow into — it's a role you already do well.
Different work
The Specialist role sits in a different category from typical home help. The comparison below is the clearest way to show what we mean.

Why join
You'll work with homeowners who already see the value in what you do — not ones who need to be convinced.
Projects are scoped around results, not hours. The work is more interesting and the bar is higher.
You set your availability. We match projects to it.
Strong work leads to recurring projects across the home over time.
Our approach
We are intentionally building a small, high-quality network of specialists.
Not all applicants are accepted, and we don't try to grow faster than we can vet.
Every application is read by a real person on our team — not filtered by a form score.
Quality over volume is the only way this works.
