Customers don't book UpKeep, LLC for the cleanest house on the block. They book us because we make their week feel possible again. Here's how we deliver that — every single time.

Start with impact

Begin with what the customer will notice the moment they walk in: laundry piles or visible clutter. Win the first 30 seconds.

Reset, don't deep clean

No perfectionism. Focus on surfaces, floors, and organization. We're creating relief, not chasing spotless.

Communicate simply

On arrival: "Starting with laundry + kitchen." On finish: "Laundry folded, kitchen reset, surfaces cleared." That's it.

Before & after photos

Required for every visit. Same angle, same light when you can. This protects you and reassures the customer.

Leave it feeling different

The goal is emotional relief, not a task list completed. Ask yourself: would I exhale if I walked in right now?

What we never do

  • · Move heavy furniture or scrub grout — that's deep cleaning, not us
  • · Use the customer's personal items (food, products) without permission
  • · Take photos that include the customer or their family
  • · Bring guests, kids, or pets to a job — ever
  • · Leave without sending the after-photos and a one-line summary

How ratings work.

After every job, the customer leaves a 1–5 star rating and optional feedback. Your rolling average decides your status:
